VACATION

10 days after 1 year of service, pro-rated to January 1
 

SICK & PERSONAL DAYS

3 days after 1 year of service
 

PAID HOLIDAYS

Paid after 60 days of employment:

New Years Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

 


 

 

MEDICAL

Single coverage paid by company. Family coverage paid by employee via payroll deduction. Anthem is current provider. Employee is eligible after 90 days of employment. Open enrollment is within first 90 days of employment. Otherwise you must wait until next open enrollment date.
 

LIFE INSURANCE

$20,000 term insurance at no cost to the employee.
 

ANNUAL REVIEWS

Conducted  January 1 each year.
 

SIMPLE IRA PLANS

Company matches up to 3% of total annual compensation. Employee may contribute up to $10,000 of total annual compensation.
